Ring Resizing Policy

At Canada Jewelry Hub, we want every piece to fit just right. That's why every ring bought directly from us comes with one free resize. All you pay for is shipping to and from our workshop.

Resizing guidelines

Standard resizing: Most rings can be adjusted by about ¼ to ½ a size.

Eternity bands and certain designs: Rings with diamonds or gemstones set all the way around, and some intricate designs, can't be made smaller by cutting the band. In many cases they can only be sized up slightly, by about ¼ to ½ a size.

Remakes: If a ring can't be resized within these limits and has to be fully remade, a remake fee of $500 to $1,000 applies. If your ring has custom details that can't be carried over to the new ring, these recreation fees also apply:

• Birthstones: $150
• Engraving: $50
• Fingerprint engraving: $250

We'll always let you know about any fees and get your approval before starting any work.

Good to know

• The free resize is for the original purchaser only and must be requested within 60 days of delivery.
• You're responsible for shipping costs to and from our studio. We recommend insured shipping for your peace of mind.
• Any resizing after the first free adjustment has an extra fee, quoted case by case.
• International orders don't qualify for free resizing because of taxes, duties and customs requirements.
