Welcome to Canada Jewelry Hub. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Canada Jewelry Hub. Canada Jewelry Hub operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify. By visiting or using our Services, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Access and account
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state or country of residence. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Our products
Our lab-grown diamond engagement rings and jewelry are made to order. We make every effort to display colours, metals and stones accurately, but your screen may not show them exactly, and because each piece is handcrafted, minor variations from photos and renderings may occur. Product specifications are as described on the product page or in your order confirmation.
3. Made-to-order items and final sale
Every item is made to order. Production takes about 2 weeks before your order ships. Made-to-order items are final sale once production begins and cannot be cancelled or changed after that point. If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns, store credit, exchanges and damage or issue claims are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is mispriced or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we will refund any amount you paid for it.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free on all orders to Canada and the United States. Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
6. Resizing and warranty
Resizing is governed by our Ring Resizing Policy, and manufacturing defects by our Manufacturer's Warranty.
7. Engraving and personalization
You are responsible for the accuracy of the ring size, engraving text and any other personalization details you provide. Please review your order carefully before you place it.
8. Intellectual property
The Services and all content, designs, images and trademarks on them are owned by or licensed to Canada Jewelry Hub and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy or reproduce them without our written permission.
9. Third-party services
The Services may link to or include third-party websites and tools, such as payment processors and carriers. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
10. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to transmit malicious code, to collect other people's personal information, or to interfere with the security of the Services.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in our Manufacturer's Warranty and to the extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canada Jewelry Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canada Jewelry Hub from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
